The Nature Experiment

The Nature experiment is one of 12 experiments of the laboratory, available at laboratory tier 2.

The goal of the experiment is to grow a variety of different plants by altering the temperature, daylight and surrounding plants.

Mechanic

Plant types listed above from left to right

Plant seeds in the grid, water and then wait for plants to grow. Click the plants with an empty mouse to harvest when ready, and use the shovel to delete seeds/plants.

Flowers grow into a number of different mutations depending on a combination of the following factors:

• Time of day (day or night)
• Temperature (hot, cold or neutral) of its own tile
• Temperature of 1 or more of the surrounding tiles
• Number and type(s) of the plants in surrounding tiles

The player must experiment with the above factors to find all mutations and unlock the rewards.

Brain Plant

Cost to plant: 8,000,000,000

Upgrades

Harvesting plants also rewards points that can be spent on various upgrades.

Watering can - Increase the time which watering lasts (has an upper limit).

Auto replant - Enable plants to automatically harvest and replant every time it grows.

Prestige - Removes all the plants from the grid and increases plants growth speed by 25% (multiplicative).
