Fixes
- Fixed deleting AI packages not working
- Removed wrongly shown middle mouse hotkey tooltip on AI packages
- Fixed idle production button being invisible when no highscores are present (it will still be disabled)
- Fixed completing normal mode in chaos throwing an exception
